Seiko Clocks Competition – Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Seiko UK Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number: [01032911]), with registered office at [First Floor, Building 1, Concorde Park, Maidenhead, Berkshire SL6 4BY].

 

  1. Eligibility
  • The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of Seiko UK Limited, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  1. How to Enter
  • To enter, participants must follow @seikoclocksuk, like the post on Facebook and/or Instagram, comment “Cat” or “Dog”.
  • The competition opens on 9th September 2025 and closes on the 30th September 2025.
  • Entries received outside these dates will not be valid.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
  1. Prize
  • There are two prizes available in total.
  • Each prize consists of one Seiko Clock, model reference QHE209W or QHE209M (RRP £30).
  • The model allocated will be at the discretion of Seiko UK Limited.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
  1. Winner Selection & Notification
  • Two winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.
  • The draw will take place within 7 days of the competition closing.
  • Winners will be contacted via [email/social media DM] within 14 days of the draw.
  • If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
  1. Publicity
  • By entering, participants agree that Seiko UK may use their name and, where applicable, social media handle in promotional activity related to the competition.

  • Seiko UK accepts no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or otherwise invalid entries.
  • The promoter is not responsible for any technical issues or failures relating to any communications network, internet access, or social media platform.

  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and these terms and conditions where it becomes necessary to do so.
  • The decision of Seiko UK regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding.
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram/Facebook.
  • The competition and these Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
